administrative privileges.
2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
3. Click Start, then click Run....
4. Type C:DRIVERSWINAIBMSETUP.EXE, and click OK.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

When you type C:DRIVERSWINAIBMSETUP.EXE in the above installation
guide, add '/s /w /v"/qn"' parameter to SETUP.
(You need to type 'C:DRIVERSWINAIBMSETUP.EXE /s /w /v"/qn"' in 'Run...'. )

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. (Windows 2000)
3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
4. Select Access IBM.
5. Click the Remove button.
6. Restart the system.
HOW TO DETERMINE WHAT VERSION IS INSTALLED:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Program icon.
3. Select Access IBM.
4. Click 'Click here for support information' link.
5. You will see the version information on the screen.
