Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the VDODECODE30.EXE file to begin the installation. The VDOnet VDOWAVE3 Video Codec installation will begin.
At the "Welcome to VDOWave Decoder Installation!" box, click OK.
At the "VDOWave Decoder Installation Completed!" box, click OK.
Click any compressed video file icon for playback.

This utility installs the Smart Capture Movie File Decoder which is a movie compression decoder that is specifically engineered to play back compressed video files that were captured using the Smart Capture software.
