Fix BSOD 0x9F problem
Downloading the update
----------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
the downloaded file.
Extracting the update
---------------------
1. Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and folders.
2. Type 68fq06ww.exe in the search field, then click Find Now.
This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the 68fq06ww.exe icon.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
C:driversWINFPR
8. Click Next. The necessary files will be extracted to your
hard drive.
9. Click Finish.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Manual Install
[Clean install]
1. Start Windows.
2. Logon with administrative privileges.
3. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
4. Open Windows Explorer.
5 Specify "ATMinInst32.EXE" with the full path name where you extracted
the package in the step 3, and double click.
6. The device driver will be installed and clicked next button.
1) If the message, "An unidentified program wants access to your computer" appears, click
the Allow button to continue installing.
2) If the message "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software" appears , click
the "Install this driver software anyway" button to continue installing.
3) If the message "This program might not have installed correctly" appears , click the "This
program installed correctly" to finish installing.
7. If needed, restart the system.
[Update install]
1. Same step as Unattended Install.
[Uninstall]
1. Start Windows.
2. Open Control Panel.
Click Start, and select Control Panel.
3. Select "System"
4. Select "Device Manager" listed on the right side
5. If the message "Windows needs your premission to continue" appears,click
the Continue button
6. Double-Click "Personal identification devices"
7. Right-Click "AuthenTec Inc.AES2501A" , and Select "Uninstall"
8. If the message "Confirm Device Uninstall" appears, check the "Delete the driver software for this device"
9. Click "OK" button to continue uninstall
10. If needed, restart the system
Unattended Install
This is for system administrators use only.
1. Start Windows.
2. Logon with administrative privileges.
3. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
4. Click Start.
5. Open "Command Prompt".
6 Specify "silent install "ATMinInst32.msi /quiet /norestart" with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 3, and press Enter.
7. The device driver will be installed automatically.
If the message, "Digital Signature Not Found" appears, click
the OK button to continue installing.
8. If needed, restart the system.
